Minorities must be given an opportunity to be educated

In Philippines.particularly in mindanao areas,i have seen many member of the minorities who were not able to go to school.The sad effects of it is they were the most common victim of greedy people.Because they were illiterate they were just considered Robots.That was very alarming,their rights were not respected.
